  • CBT therapy

    Short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. CBT is evidence-based and most researched in terms of analysing and treating various psychological problems.  CBT helps understand the relationship between the world and one’s thoughts, and how they influence feelings, physical reactions, and behaviours.  The client learns what maintains their problem and work towards breaking the problematic cycles. Its goal is to change patterns of thinking or behavior that are behind people's difficulties, and so change the way they feel. CBT therapy is a great tool to overcome depression, anxiety, self esteem, eating disorders, emotional regulation, bipolar issues, sexual anxiety, health anxiety.

  • EMDR Therapy

    (EMDR) therapy is an interactive psychotherapy technique used to relieve psychological stress. It is an effective treatment for trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

    During EMDR therapy sessions, you relive traumatic or triggering experiences in brief doses while the therapist directs bilateral tapping.

    EMDR is thought to be effective because recalling distressing events is often less emotionally upsetting when your attention is diverted. This allows you to be exposed to the memories or thoughts without having a strong psychological response.

  • Mindfulness therapy

    Helping clients to be in an active state and open attention on the present.  Mindfulness approach provide practical tools to observing your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging to practice acceptance. Instead of letting your life pass you by, mindfulness means living in the present and awakening to experience. Mindfulness aproach is a great tool to overcome depression, personality disorders, eating disorders,  emotional trauma, PTSD, anxiety. 

  • ACT (Acceptance and Commitment therapy)

    ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) helps client to create a rich, full and meaningful life.  Through ACT, one can learn psychological skills to deal with painful thoughts and feelings.  ACT also asks questions like: What do you want to stand for in life? What really matters to you? ACT helps to get in touch with one’s values and set goals according to them.  Studies have shown that ACT is very effective in treating a wide range of psychological issues. 

  • Neurofeedback

    Neurofeedback is a self-regulation training tool, it enhances the central nervous system improving mental performance.   Neurofeedback train client's brain improving attention, cognitive abilities and emotional regulation. Neurofeedback and Biofeedback is a great technological tool to reduce or eliminate several symptoms such as ADHD, stress burnout, sleep problems, headaches, migraines, depression, PTSD, anxiety and mood swings, and brain disorders including seizures, stroke and traumatic brain injury.

  • Couple counselling

    Couple therapy provide tools to solving problems and conflicts that couples have not been able to handle effectively on their own. Therapist’s interpretation of issues may offer the couple a new perspective, which permits a change in feelings and behaviour. The therapist may act as a mediator, attempting to clear up misunderstandings in communication providing better strategies to promote intimacy, trust, and comitment.

     temporarily deactivated the limbic response neutralizing unwanted emotions or thoughts trough energetic points in their body. 


  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

    DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is an evidence-based psychotherapy that was originally created to treat Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).  However, studies have shown that DBT is also very effective in treating bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, anxiety, chronic pain, anger, and relationship issues.  DBT helps clients manage their emotions effectively.
